What Is A Secretariat?

A secretariat is an outsourced service which can handle various administrative tasks for an organisation

Our Aim:

To provide all organisations under our care with efficiency, reliability and assurance that all facets of their administration requirements are satisfied.

McPhail & Partners cater for both national and states levels and can perform various activities depending on your individual requirements.

The following is list of services which we currently provide for our secretariat clients:

  • Attending and organising National Board Meetings including typing and faxing agendas and notes.

  • Typing and distributing minutes.

  • Arranging Teleconferencing

  • Preparing audit, agendas, annual report, typing and distributing minutes for Annual General Meeting

  • New membership registration, banking and distribution of members accounts and statements.

  • Follow up non-renewals and membership register maintenance.

  • Liase re copy and distribute newsletter

  • Liase with organising committee and distribute brochure for Annual Conference

  • Maintaining accounts during year and preparing Bank reconciliation for each Board Meeting

  • Preparing annual accounts and budget

  • Attending to day to day enquires

  • Liase with Secretary - Liase with Branches
